Where do you deliver too?
We deliver all over the High Wycombe and surrounding areas using our delivery van. We don’t charge a delivery fee unless your order is for under 5 people or you are out of our delivery zone. Below is a list of postcodes of where we offer free delivery too. If you don’t see your post code listed below, just give us a bell and we’ll let you know our charges for delivery to your area.

How much notice do I need to give to make an order?
We like as much notice as possible for orders but we understand that you sometimes get last minute requests, if this happens please email the office on office@flyingbeancafe.com or call 01494 445 455 to discuss your requirements.


How can I pay for my order?

You have 2 options for paying for your order.

  1. Pay online using a debit or credit card using Worldpay.

Or

  1. Click ‘Pay on account’ and we will send you an invoice.

 

What if my card is refused?
Cards are not refused by The Flying Bean Café but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.

 

Can I have a receipt?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your screen after you make the payment. This will display your unique transaction number. You will also receive an email confirming the payment has been successful.


What is your cancellation policy?
At least 24 hours’ notice by phone or in writing must be given for cancellations or the full price will be charged.


Do you charge for delivery?
No, we don’t charge unless your order is for under 5 people or you are out of our delivery zones.


Do your prices include VAT?
The prices displayed on this website DO NOT include VAT. The standard rate of VAT is currently 20% and will be applied where necessary according to the law. All payment is made in GBP (British Pound Sterling).
